How do I Apply for the Irish Army

I've been checking everywhere on the Internet and nobody even know what to tell me, do they have recruiting periods? Did I just miss one? The Internet is plastered with Irish army recruitment but where in good balls do I find an application of some sort, getting awful bored waiting about.
