Does anyone know where I could buy a cheap mobile phone (unlocked) in the city centre? It's a bit of an emergency, I need it for the weekend. Nothing fancy,it's just for making calls but I don't want to pay too much.

If there is an Argos or a 2 euro shop they have basic bare bones phones for like 20 euro.
