UPC Horizon HD Box Loading

My UPC Horizon box is stuck on a 'loading' phase on the LCD; nothing is showing on screen after the Welcome page. The bar's going back and forth on the LCD as if in the middle of an update since I came home this evening. My UPC Horizon box is stuck on a 'loading' phase on the LCD; nothing is showing on screen after the Welcome page. The bar's going back and forth on the LCD as if in the middle of an update since I came home this evening.

I've tried the usual; unplug and leave for 5-10 minutes along with some reset options found online. However they are for an older box 'hold CH + CH - and REC' on power on. However this box only has the conductive buttons of CH +, CH - and Power.

Anyone any ideas to get me sorted tonight and how to perform a reset?

EDIT: Forgot to mention the wi-fi via the box is still working fine; just no tv!
