    Hi all,

My battery is dead. My door cylinder is broken. I can't enter my car now with my fob as the battery is dead. I have a replacement cylinder but haven't had a chance to install it yet. My question is can anyone recommend a locksmith to help me get into the car so I can jump it..also how much does this service cost?

    It's a Honda crv 2003

    Thanks.

    Ask insurer or manufacturer? :)

Check your insurance for breakdown assist.

Just say you have locked the keys in your car.

It's a 3 minute job to open the car.

Some inflatable cushions, and a hook.

    Job done.

    No break down assist unfortunately

Does anyone in your house have AA.

They will assist, that person if they are travelling with you, in your car. ;)
