    Hello everyone I am on here as I made an order with pixmania three years ago & took out an extended warranty with the item it worked great for a couple of years then developed a fault, I wrote to them asking for a claim under the warranty all went wrong from there I gave them my bank account details as the said they would refund me within a couple of weeks. Well that was over a year ago & I have sent them over 100 emails & also called them once a month in France as I am in the UK. I last spoke to them yesterday & they hung up on me twice in France, today I get an email telling me my case is closed? I have again messaged them though pixmania & I doubt if I will get a responce, I am a war veteran & have life changing injuries to try & deal with this company is next to impossible if I can give you one bit of advise "do not buy anything from them" I have ordered dvds etc from them over the years & this was the first big item I bought I would not buy a drawing pin from them now.

    You may be able to use the European Small Claims procedure here - not many if any on here would have experience of how precisely it is enacted in the UK.

    Just as a matter of interest what was the product and fault and did they email to say they would refund you. Very surprised they asked for bank details as they would have this from when you purchased the product
