Hi, do you have any projectors set up in store that I could see working before buying? Also do you have any that can play movies directly from a USB stick or SD card?

    Hi littleredspot,

I havce a couple of projectors available for Demo. The Benq W1070, the Epson EHTW5300 and the Viewsonic. I do not have any projectors with USB inputs I am afraid as projectors generally do not have the software to playback different file types. You would need to use a Blu ray player and connect via HDMI.

Would you like me to book you in for a demo?

    Kind regards

    David

I'll arrange a road trip and give you a buzz. The €35 Chinese rubbish projectors can read direct from USB but for some reason the more expensive regular brand ones don't seem to!

    Hi littleredspot,

The more expensive ones are designed for home cinema use so they'll usually have better picture quality due to the inbuilt processing and will only allow HDMI connections to them. On some you can get a PC VGA connection but it's rare to find any input other than an HDMI.

Let me know when you're thinking of coming up and we'll book you in.

    Kind regards

    David
