Hi Guys,
Looking for Advice, SWMBO would like a boiler stove in the open plan sitting room. The house will be reasonably Airtight with HRV, we have 2 potential issues

1) Will an external air kit on the stove negate the need for a room vent and how do stoves perform in a airtight house stiuation.
2) Distance between the stove and the boiler laterally is 12 meters is this too far?

We have only put in for planning and trying to make sure i dont fcuk it up
