    Hey all,

I got my girlfriend a Nexus 5X directly from google in January 2016 and today it turned itself and is stuck in a bootloop and wont turn on.

It was running stock firmware and wasnt rooted. It seems to be a common issue online.

On their website I can't organise a return as it says I'm out of warranty, but am I right in saying that I should be covered under consumer rights, that 15 months would not be a reasonable lifespan for a €350 phone. Which exact consumer right does this fall under?

    Thanks in Advance
