Underfloor heating

Have a question about the underfloor heating. Basically , we have bought a house, that has not been finished. We came to the point, where we need to choose what heating to install. We were hoping to go for underfloor heating, however, there is very little space left for it. The distance between the floor(concrete layer) and the door is only 120-130 mm. My question is, would that be enough for the installation? I realize, we need to put a layer of insulation, then the board, then the pipes, then the cement/sand mix.... and obviously the floor (tiles).... It seems a bit too small for me. We have also checked, and there is an insulation below the actual concrete layer, which is around 25-30cm thick... Not sure, how thick that insulation is....

    Thanks in advance
