Handiest might be to stick it in the music folder on One drive.

We did a thing about this back in the day about moving from iTunes to Groove (http://www.techknow.ie/single-post/2015/07/22/Tech-Tip-Sync-Your-iTunes-Library-and-Groove-Music-in-5-Easy-Steps). The same steps would probably be useful for moving from other music folders or apps.

Using your OneDrive folder is probably the easiest way, depending on how much music you have and how much OneDrive storage you've got.
