Entitlements buy or lease

    Just looking for some info/advice.
    I have 10ha rented with no entitlements, should I buy or lease entitlements for this land?
    I don't qualify as a young farmer, and have the land as a 5 yr lease with maps and no entitlements.

    Lease is tax deductible so is more common. It all depends on what happens after the 2019.
