Hi All i'm new here but i just wanted to ask this question as i'm sick of hearing i would build a home for 50k we have our own land and have been saving for a mortgage but anyone we say it to has said you would build in wexford for that. Just the structure, i have people for electrics, plumbing, carpentry etc..
