VW Passat B6 door wont open

Hi all have a 2008 VW Passat 1.4tsi, rear door wont open from inside or outside (think child lock on!) anyone recommend someone to fix this (not s main dealer)

Any particular area you'd be looking for? Rory Browne's in Ballyneety is the guy I've used most recently, and found him great to deal with.
