    Hi,

Is it possible to use a statement from N26 bank as proof of address with the purpose of updating my postal address of my BOI personal account?
(I have also to update my mobile phone so there is no way to use the 365 route)

    Thanks

    Good Morning leonardo76,

Thank you for getting in touch and welcome to Boards.ie.

You can use an original or electronic financial institution statement from your bank as proof of address once it is dated within the previous 6 months. Once your address is up to date, you can then amend your mobile phone number on 365Online and an activation code will issue to your address to enable you to complete registration of your new number.

I hope this helps and if you need anything else please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Thanks,
    Elaine
