    No direct bus.

Into town on the 402, 405 or 411/412 depending on where you live (but with the latter two, you don't get to use BE's Day Saver or weekly or monthly ticket, so not recommended).

From Eyre Square to Parkmore on either 409 or 403. 403 is less frequent (every 1/2 hour), it a little more direct (even though it feels like you're doing circuits of housing estates) and sometimes has a higher proportion of socially disadvantaged people on it. 409 is more frequent (every 12 mins), a longer journey though on straighter roads, and it serves a number of intermediate stops with lots of people getting on/off (GMIT etc.)

People say there should be a direct bus using the Quin Bridge and bypassing the city centre. But actually relatively few workers in Parkmore live in the west of the city, and many bus-using Parkmore workers get off before Eyre Square anyway. Having a direct bus might open up more Parkmore jobs to Knocknacarra residents (and thus cut down cars coming from further away). But that sort of change takes years to happen.
