The Plaster is raveling on garden the wall which I suspect was applied during frosty weather.There are no cracks or hollowness just the surface will fall away when rubbed. I am considering a Tyroline Dash finish but I need to bond what there already with a good sealer ?.I have a surplus bag of floor tile adhesive I was…

Any ideas ?

paint with a stabiliser. Then tyrol to your hearts content
