hi, according to your website there are 2 disruptions to service in my area (Hoddersfield), a burst main in Crosshaven and a faulty valve at the reservoir in Myrtleville.  I am not sure which issue is affecting me.  My tap water was brown yesterday and it is white/opaque today.  Is it safe to drink?  When will the issues be resolved?
    Regards
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

Thank you for getting in touch.

There were two disruptions in your area and both are now resolved.
Your water may appear a slightly milky colour due to air being trapped in the supply.
We would recommend in this instance that you run your cold kitchen tap until the water runs clear. If the matter persists please contact us here and we will investigate further.

    I hope this helps.

    Kindest regards,
    Aaron
