Ok so when i flush the toilet the water fills up but usually its at a normal level within a min , now this happened before and i put on gloves and usually can push the blockage on from the ubend , but can't feel any blockage now , but the pipe that runs along the wall and outside i can hear like its blocked ( like when something is burst and you pump it up , you can hear where the leak is by the bubbles foaming etc )

Is there a rod of some sort that will bend around etc or what can i do to sort this ?

    Thanks

Wrap a plastic bag around the end of a toilet brush and just plunge the toilet like crazy, it'll create enough pressure to unblock the down pipe, have someone looking in the drain as you do it so they'll see when the blockage clears.

Stick you hand down. You can wash your hand afterwards if necessary.

ok sounds like its propper blocked.
lift the manhole and see if it blocked there.

what way are the pipes done on the outside of the wall. is the pipe going from the toilet going straight out through the wall

stick up a picture of the outside pipe set up

No rods will go around the bend of a toilet, attempting to try will most likely crack the pan.
If the toilet is regularly blocking, then there is something in the pipeline or most likely in the connection behind the pan causing blockages to re-occur.
Only solution is to get the toilet out and check the connection and the pipework.

Put some drain cleaner down it.

Is there an oval/round inspection/access plate on the downpipe outside ?
