Jaguar X-type rough idle - answers?

    Lately my 2007 jaguar X-type 2.0 D has had a rough idle, I think it may be the turbo going, I can see an arm moving on top of the turbo, I haven't noticed it doing that before
    has anyone any suggestions as what it could be ?

    That looks like the egr valve to me. God I hate diesels.
