    Hello,
Would like to go anon for this.

So I am know I do not have clinical depression (seen a doctor and show none of the signs), having said that I am pretty sure I am not 100% either.

Plenty of family stress that cannot easily go away, job future is very uncertain. My main problem is this. I come into work, sit at the desk and WAVE of sleepiness and apathy jump takes over, I get what 100% needs to be done, done, but nothing else and I delay everything. I just end up buying crap online as a distraction and wasting hour upon hour at youtube into the late hours to avoid going home.

Can anyone just give some advice? Sorry all seems a bit random I know.

Better place here G. (moved from tGC)

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

Might I suggest that you have a read through this thread in After Hours. Some people in there that are in the same or a similar situation to yourself. Also some great advice.
