I purchased a Vodafone android phone a couple of years ago and the screen went haywire on it. I need to get photos off it if I can. The touch screen works but I cannot see any image on the screen. I know the screen works as when I touch the screen it vibrates when any buttons are used. Any help would be appreciated. I think it is called the Vodafone Smart mini.

Can you plug it in to your laptop and copy and paste them? Otherwise,if you have google photos synced you can get them there

Thanks for the reply. There is two places to connect wires or something else in. One in the bottom for charging and I presume the one in the top is for ear phones. I might be wrong. Maybe you could enlighten me. I don't believe I have Google photos.

Does the charger come in 2 parts or is it just the plug with the wire coming out of it? If it's 2 lives then connect the small end into the phone and the other end into a usb port on a computer.

If you have a google account log on to it on your pc or tablet and you will see google photos,it would of been pre installed on your phone and if it was synced then you can access your photos from any device
Also, plug one end of your charging cable into your phone and the other (usb) end into your pc/laptop and then you can access your files

It comes in two parts so I shall do as you say and hopefully it will work.

I have done as required. The laptop recognises the phone when they are connected. The phone lights up and starts to charge. As the phones screen is damaged I cannot read anything that might appear on the screen. The laptop says there is no driver on the computer to read the phone and automatically went to check the net for a driver.None was found. It said to contact the manufacturer for a driver.

Anybody any idea which driver I should use.
