the same happened me a few weeks ago, I mailed customer service and they replied within a day confirming I could keep the item and they would refund me, item was 22 Sterling, try this option and see what their reply is.Has probably been answered before but couldn't find any results when i searched.
I got a package delivered from Amazon UK, free delivery within the UK, got it sent to Parcel Motel in the north than onto me.
Looking to send it back now (gonna use my works DPD account to send it back) but the only options they are giving me are: Connect+ & Royal Mail as they think i am in Northern Ireland.
How do i process this??
