    Hi.
My front tooth has just fallen out. It was a bit wobbly and I banged it and it's now gone.
Where is the fastest place to get a temporary denture to fill the gap please? I'm traumatised and no way can I go out like this or go to work.
I'm based in Dublin. Please can someone suggest somewhere that could fill the gap in a day.
    Thanks

Do you still have the tooth?

Yes. It just popped out. I have it. Can you recommend somewhere I can get a fast false tooth please?

They may be able to put your tooth back in. I don't think I can give medical advice, but you can find first aid info if you google what to do if your tooth falls out. There are some precautions you need to take.

I wouldn't be able to recommend a particular dentist

Maybe try call the Dublin dental hospital. Out of hours number is Accident and Emergency (out of hours) – 01-6127200, don't know if they still are open

Thanks Brother Andy. I think it's fallen out from gum disease- info from Google- and that that means it's likely not to be able to save it.
Would you know of anywhere that could make a denture in one day?

No. Dentures take time to make and in my experience I needed a bridge which took two weeks.

Go to a dentist and get advice is your best starting point.

Thanks. There's no way I can manage for weeks with massive gap. I can't go out like this. No way on earth I can go to work 😣. Would anyone know if the people who make the dentures could be dealt with directlyrics? To cut out the time it takes to get the dentist to order them from the makers?

OP, do you have a dentist that you go to?

    If not, what's your location?

No dentist. Mine retired and I never got a new one. I'm in Dublin. Can you recommend someone that can fill in the gap really fast please?

I can pm you my dentists details who are in the ifsc, but if you think you'll go in and get a replacement tooth in a day you are wrong, pm me if you want his details.

phone a dental technician. they may be able to help you quicker especially if it's just the one tooth you want replaced.

but if it came out from gum disease, then it's quite likely there'll be more, and soon, especially given that you haven't been to a dentist in a long time.
get a small denture made, then go to a dentist, keeping in mind that you may need more out, but at least you can plan that eventuality.

Thanks all. I got sorted with a pretty good one tooth denture this morning. Rang a denture place at 7.30am and had it in at 11.30. Have made appointment now for dentist to try and save the others. But good to know that a gap can be filled very quickly!
