    its all the way down, it broke at the first segment down from the cable end of the lead so a good bit down the hole!

    I have used the inside of a bic pen to remove it with a few tries without opening the phone housing.

    Try a few different pen inserts before getting the phone opened. Don't stick in anything metallic.

    Thanks guys, it was too deep so 45 shekels to get a new piece fitted.
    Case closed/warranty voided :)
