looking for phone with following features..

water resistant
fm radio
amoled screen
big screen...maybe 6" +
good battery life
decent sound
android 7
fast charging
image stabilisation on camera.

does this beast exist ?

should have added sd card reader too.

fm radio is important to me as is some kind of water resistance.

i have a galaxy note 4 for past two years and i dont see anything out there to make me upgrade...but i think i would if i found one with all them features...features which are individually on various phones but i dont see all in one phone.

Could you not use tuneinradio app, most people have mobile data.

Same here, Note 4 is a superb phone, but I think I will go with S8+ unless Note 8 appears soon

i'm a postman. typically walking in estates a lot. and some of them have limited data coverage...like 'e' on three network...not good enough for tunein...this isnt all the time..but enough to annoy me and make me wish i had fm radio like i had on my previous phone to this...a note 2

also i found on the note 2...fm radio uses very little battery...whereas streaming like tunein uses enough to notice by the time end of the day comes and battery is low

What do you listen to on the radio? Just download podcasts or something.

It's funny, your feature set isn't that unrealistic. I would also add an IR blaster as a nice addition. Amazing that there isn't one phone with all of these features...Can't be that hard!

well...thats what i mainly do do...but i like live radio too.
no big deal...but if there were two phones the same spec and one had fm radio and one hadnt, i'd get the one that had.

Problem is that the bigger screen and battery take the space for the fm radio. Probably best to pick up a cheap fm radio and use that.

did i read there were some issues with things like some youtube videos not playing and play store issues ?...due to not being a phone native to these parts ?

I haven't heard about those issues, you'd have to check review sites. I don't have one but I know 2 people who have them and are happy.
