Digger ticket

    Just wondering if there is any tickets for a 16 year old like mini digger or dumper?

    Have you a safe pass?? if you want to work on a site with a digger then it will be when you are 18. Farm work and non construction then you may not be asked for it. Insurance companies and the HSA may take a dim view of operating a machine in contravention of
    the tasks listed in the Fifth Schedule of the Construction Regulations 2013 must have been issued with a FETAC award under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and be in possession of a CSCS registration cards.
    So is is against the law to operate a digger 180 or 360 without a ticket..............
