Cooling off period contract

    Hi, I have a quick question.

    If I chose the 300mb fibre package with TV and then decided I didn't want the TV add on (within 14 days), would I be automatically moved back from an 18 month contract to a 12 month contract?

    Thanks for getting in touch. 


    If you cancel the TV from your package while in your cooling off period you will stay on the same contract length you have agreed to.


    I would recommend contacting our loyalty department on 1800 303 600 to discuss this further.
