I had a couple of calves with a watery yellow scour last week. Gave them 4 teaspoons of parofor powder mixed in 200mls of warm water and 2mis of marbocyl a day for 3 days. Gave them a shot of metacam the first day also.
Made a great job of them.

Waiting for the vet & see your post.
Generally don't get scour here (was lucky) as anything was a milk scour & cured itself.
Had a calf put a watery yellow/white from her last night, gave alymicin & norodine, today calf is very weak.
Cows will get the booster next year.

What age? Get it tested and then ask for advice. Yellow paste sounds like rota, watery like crypto. Test first. Can't treat unless you have information. I always like to keep a calf jacket on sick calves makes a huge difference

Get the electrolytes into them regardless. Try effydral first feed between milk feeds. As said then perhaps test the dung see what type it is
