know how materials go together and can work in 3D

understands exactly what a package must include for planning, FSC, DAC, tender & construction

Up to speed on All TGD's, interrupt applicable EN standards, CE (HEN applicable standards), building control regulations ( who is designer, who is specialist subbie, understand the legislation to argue against 'just the manufacturer/builder/supplier/installer' etc)

Contract law - Riai contracts, government contracts.. writing specifications to consider New building control regulations, pre-qualification of builder/manufacturers,

technical evaluation of materials, ability to sketch details,

knowledge of software Etc BIM
