Julia Stiles vs Iwan Rheon? I'm in.
(Anthony LaPaglia's in there too, but not for long.)
edit: I forgot to mention Lena Olin as the late billionaire's first wife, mother of Iwan's character.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Tried to watch it - very slow, nothing made me want to watch again.

    Fail imo.

  • It's watchable but it's not great. It's very like revenge

Yeah it feels like revenge with a bigger budget. Will probably end up watching it all the same.

For a show as hyped/advertised as this I found the whole thing painfully boring and at times a tad confusing. I didn't care for a single character, so the whole thing felt pointless. What a waste of a fairly decent cast.

And while I used to like Julia Styles (in her brief Bourne appearances), her perma-frown wears thin by the end of the first episode.

I would urge all to avoid if possible.

Neil Jordan disowning it already not a good sign.

So comparisons to The Night Manager are not to be trusted then? Mind you, I've only heard Sky themselves making them.
Is it an action drama? Looks like bombs.shooting and mayhem in the ads.

Very poor show, just got to the end of it. Only kept watching because I'm house bound.

Parts of the story are very far fetched and don't really add up

    Very disappointed

Soooo slooow... there might be a decent 90 minute movie in there but nowhere enough material to stretch to a series.
And imagine Gabriel Byrne instead of Anthony La Paglia, that would be an upgrade.

About 5 episodes too long and shockingly disappointing. Bones of a decent story but fails on almost ever level bar style.

Surely repeats of motorway cops would have been more interesting?? :D

It's absolute pish. Cardboard cut out characters and beyond stupid storylines
the latest one of your woman being stuck into a mental home and then escaping from it is just plain ludicrous
. Having said that I have to admit to watching it!
