Transferring Courses within Trintiy?

Hi,

I'm curious. I'm sure it differs with each department and course but have any mature Students in Trinity ever transferred to another course within the college?

There's also the advanced entry option on the CAO, have people done that, is that possible?

What I can find online is only really relatable to LC students with enough points and it just says talk to your tutor about it and fill a form.

I'm wondering on here have any mature students done this, is it even possible? and what was the experience like if you did go through it, whether or not your application to transfer was accepted.

I get that even if I can apply to transfer, that its not guaranteed I'd be accepted onto the other course. I assume I'd have to re interview, have good grades, the course not being full and so on.
