    Hey Guys,

Im looking for a long term parking near Harcourt Street. I've looked at a few ads on daft.ie as well.

Has anyone rented a parking space from Daft? How does it work? Is there like a contract or something like a normal rental agreement or is it just like a casual give the money and park there for a month kind of thing?

Haven't really rented a parking space before so i'm not quite sure. Let me know your thoughts guys also let me know if you know any long term parking space near Harcourt street in a 15 minute walking radius.

    Thanks !

I used to work in the Harcourt area, and was very lucky to find a parking spot to rent for €100/mo. This was 2013 to 2015 though, and prices have gone up since.

I signed a contract with an estate agent, paid some deposit (I think it was an extra €100), set up a standing order for the amount, and they gave me a keycard for one of the parking garages in a housing estate close by. Two years later, after giving them one month notice, I gave them the keycard and collected my deposit.
