Noticed something off when my wife's policy and cert came through after payment in full.
She is a public sector worker so went through cornmarket
Anyway she paid 602 but when the schedule came through from Allianz it included a breakdown of their cost and it came to 542
Now cornmarket originally wanted to charge a 50 euro brokerage fee but my car is with them too so I told them no way
    They reduced it to 30
So that still left a difference of 30 euro
When I compared the two I noticed that Allianz have charged the govt levy AND do did cornmarket !
    That can't be right ?

A service charge and the Govt. Levy are 2 totally separate things. The service charge is applied by the brokerage for their administration
