Hi all,

I've a Gigaset ME Pure which has developed a problem in that the rear camera will no longer focus. It worked fine initially but after a few months it just stopped focusing resulting in blurred photos all the time which is really annoying. It does try to focus and i can try to manually focus but the results are always blurred. I wiped the lens to make sure that's not the source of the problem.

I tried resetting the camera app settings and tried installing different camera apps without success.

The front camera works fine and the firmware is up to date.

At this point all i can think to do is a factory reset but before i do i thought I'd check in here to see if you guys have any suggestions or have seen this problem before and are aware of a solution that would avoid the hassle of a reset.
