05 Renault Laguna misfire

Hi all, I have a 05 Laguna and it has a cylinder 2 misfire. I have changed the 4 sparks and coils and it was still happening so I brought the coils back to the motor factors and got them replaced with valeo ones. I changed them last night and it has still got a cylinder 2 misfire, any ideas what else this could be? Thanks…

Hi all,
