Firefox Stopped a Programme Slowing Me .....

Bar said something was slowing my machine. What would I like to do. Knee jerked 'Get Rid'. Now, I can't watch the mice any more :( http://www.simonkingwildlife.com/page/live-cams/mini-critter-cam-972 Trawled through " Options ". Couldn't find a thing. How should I undo this, please? Thanks.

That page uses JWPlayer, and it's an Adobe Flash based one by default.
