Recovering deleted hotmail folders

Hi all, I accidentally deleted a Hotmail folder in my outlook/Hotmail account, and although I've checked deleted messages there is no sign. Any idea how I can retrieve?

Right-click the Deleted Items folder and choose the Recover Deleted Items option. If you're lucky, it might be in there.
