I would buy quite a few store heifers in the marts and was wondering what the proceedure is to become a factory agent - do you have to kill a certain number a year to be considered. also do most agents work on a per head commision or do the get a bit extra per kilo when there cattle are slaughtered?

You need a pair of brown slip on boots. Either a mustard coloured shop coat or a now popular tight green lagging jacket. You have to carry a non discript sort of smile and get the back slapping all sorted. Other than that if you need to ask on here, then it's highly unlikely your anywhere near crooked enough or knowledgeable enough of the ins and outs of dealing to go as an agent. I'm sorry if it sounds harsh but i don't think it's an easy game.
