Hi folks just been told by Vodafone that our engineer is scheduled for the 26th April!! What the hell! When we reported the fault was told that it would be 3 to 5 working days but it's usually quicker. So that means we have no internet but more importantly no phone till then. Seriously and we are just to accept that I think not! My mother who lives with us is 84years old and needs the phone!! So if anyone ever asks me about Vodafone I'll tell them to stay well clear!! I'm so disappointed their service is just rubbish!!

Have you tried contacting a Vodafone rep on here? Or on Twitter maybe?

So why are you posting it here? It's not going to help at all. Try the vodafone sections

What's the fault exactly (if you know - is it a line, your entire street, an entire Exchange, etc.) and whereabouts are you based?

In fairness to vodafone, anything to do with the physical line is backed out to OpenEir/KN so they're entirely at their mercy as to how long it takes.

The Easter long weekend doesn't help matters either.

Apparently no problem with the line, they now think it's the modem so just awaiting same. Was told yesterday that it will be Thursday before it's here. But sure what can you do ðŸ‘

If the line is ok and they're saying the problem is with the modem, why would your phone not be working?

    Vodafone modem could be VoIP
It's common for Vodafone to have broadband only and no POTS if the phone plugs into the Tel 1 port and dial tone ensues there ya go
