Ebay Iraqi tank - 2 million pounds worth of gold found

Not sure I'd have been so honest as to call the police and report the find of 2 million pounds worth of what looks like stolen gold in an Iraqi tank.

I expect to see a spike in the sale of ex Iraqi army hardware

Would you though? You find 2 million worth of gold...and your first thought is to call the police and report it??

I'd have to say I'd be parking the tank in the kitchen(of the house I was about to leave...for a bigger one) via the patio doors and wondering how you go about making a small smelter out of pieces of tank.

In fairness if you went with it to a Cash For Gold outlet, you'd probably only get about €100

I'm reality what could Ya do with a gold bar/where could you go about cashing in that many gold bars without raiding serious questions??

if it was me i would have built a rig for smelting down gold. then take tiny pieces and cash them in around different places over a period of years.
