Don't need brakes. Going to be buying a new bike shortly enough so don't want to spring for new. FD needs to be band on ideally but not a biggie.

Probably going to pull the trigger on new next week if nothing g pops up so if you've got something speak now or forever hold your peace. My current setup is dying a death unfortunately

Mulling the idea of upgrading me old faithful defy to 11 speed ultegra, but given the bikes age and value, I think second hand would be the way to go. Whats the best deal for a full new groupset (brakes inc) you'd be likely to get?

Have the bones of a groupset, no crank or bb if your interested, excellent condition 375e

that's the best i can find too. i started a thread on this recently asking about timing for buying a groupset - from what i could tell you could get ultegra 6800 for £430 last july. currently £520, i'm hoping that it comes back down in price later in the year!

i called into a shop yesterday to ask them to quote me for it - they advised buying online as they'd never be able to match the price and they'd fit for €100.
