    Hey

I've got really dehydrated skin so was thinking of trying the skin omegas from advanced nutrition. Wondering has anyone tried them and what they thought? Anyone in th know do you think a month would be long enough to notice a difference?

    Thanks

Hiya, I was talking to Karen, the sales rep for Declare recently, we have a mutual friend who sells the advanced nutrition stuff and Karen said the skin omegas are brilliant, she highly recommends them. I've dehydrated skin too and she also said they'd be great for my daughter who suffers with eczema as they'd help her dry skin issues too. Don't think they're too pricey either, maybe around E19 a bottle or something!

I believe it takes a couple of months for any real impact but you should see some improvement in a month!

I am planning on starting to use them from next week on

I get my omegas from ground up linseeds on my breakfast. It works so well for hair - my hair has got so thick and healthy since i started (maybe1.5 years ago) putting the ground seeds in my breakfast.

Do you have to put a lot of linseeds on, are they expensive?
