Spur for gas boiler

    Hi all, looking for advice on a spur for a boiler. Basically the previous owners of the house got a boiler installed about 3.5 years ago to the best of my knowledge. Anyways, I get the boiler serviced but they won't sign it off as there is no spur (surely the installer should have done this at the time). Either way I don't know who installed so can't really get back to them.

    So I have to get this "problem" fixed but I don't know who to go to. Should it be someone who installs boilers or an electrician? I'm guessing electrician but want to be sure.
