Help needed identifying game

    I've found a brand new card game/set clearing our house. It would have been a gift to my father when he worked in Iberia however he never got to use it.

    Could some9ne advise me what card game it is please I've never seen the dice set before. I'd love to learn what game it is to play with my own family as we grew up on whist drives as kids.

    Maybe it is some local Iberian game but IMO its looks like a nice boxed set of cards with a set of Poker Dice.
