VRC mistake

Was filling out the change of ownership on the back of the vrc paper and accidentally filled in my own name and address instead of the new one as was half asleep doing it!

If I put a line through and out the correct details beside them do you reckon they'd accept them or do I need to apply for a new vrc? Under time pressure so worried about having to wait two weeks for new vrc then change ownership..

    Any advice appreciated!

Yes they will accept it, I've sent some in with similar mistakes, at the end of the day it's the owners resposibility to send it in so once your clear on new owner that will be fine.

Would be no harm to include a note or printout of what the correct new owner should be if you think there will be doubt on how clear it reads.

Yeah that'll be fine so long as the buyer signs it and you sign it and the new owner details are legible they won't care.
