T-Shirt Mis-Shape Neck Line Help

12-04-2017 8:30pm#1Hoping someone can advise as this keeps happeneing after one or two wears.
The neck / collar part keeps turning inwards and won't stay how it should.
I've attached pics - anyone else it happens to or knows a remedy?
I wash them at 30 but a great fitting t shirt turns awful after a few wears.
