Where on a planning application would you see the direction of the sewers i.e the way toilets drain.Do they each go out to the road straight or does number 1 flow through two through three etc? People are talking of blockage but i have no blockage. i have the planning file online. Apology if this is wrong place

No such thing in planning apps.
    It's a general arrangement.

Only way is to work it out on site by lifting everything and then maybe a cctv survey to see exactly where the private drain enters the public system, then your obligation stops.
