    BOI 365 has been unusually bad at updating the last few weeks, but now in the last few days there are no updates on any of my accounts, my balances are all the same as they were several days ago. Could someone look into this and get back to me? I'll PM my details.

    To have this looked into, pleases contact BOI Direct by sending an Ask a Question message from Service Desk on 365 Online or call 0818 365 365. If sending an Ask a Question, please ensure to include any transactions you've made that are not showing on your account.
