Hi . Have any of you installed a line of sight system recently . My sheds are about 100 m from the house. I understand that I first need to transmit the internet to the sheds and I have been quoted €750 just for this. I would like to install a system whereby I can add cameras at a later stage maybe starting with 2 high quality this year.

Thanks... Any info will be appreciated

Do you have to go wireless? CAT 6 cable will work up to 120m. €50 for cable. Cheap and reliable

If you have to go wireless you can buy wireless bridges on the internet and they are no where near €750

With a POE system, Cameras are powered from the NVR so only 1 cat cable required for each camera and camera can each be up to 100m from NVR
