    I'd be wary.

For €6 ? Not much to be wary about...Worst case scenario they are knockoffs...And you lose 6 yo-yos...No biggie

Not a chance they're genuine. Amazes me how people still think you're going to get OEM stuff, particularly Apple, for 80% off. It just does not happen. Dealrush....enough said.

I thinks this is a case of too good to be true etc and best to close off this thread

I decided to reopen this thread after being contacted by an employee of the vendor of these earphones. It does appear that they are refurbished original/OEM Apple products so I'll take it at face value but needless to say, make up your own mind before purchasing.

It doesn't even state they are refurbished on the website as far as I can see... Very misleading.

    Wax lyrical.

Bit misleading. I can't tell what connection these use so possibly not comparable with the iPhone 7.

Edit: I guess the word original is the giveaway.

That could be the cop out excuse, i.e. not saying "new" (I am not saying this is an acceptable excuse).

But it also says YOU SAVE €39.00 DISCOUNT 86%

So I would like to see the seller show who is selling similar refurbs for €44.99 + €4 p&p

I think folks it's more that the company in question, Handtec, seem to do a good turn in refurbished phones. If they are turning over a good number they'll be able to pick up original manufactured headsets very cheaply. Don't forget it's not like a pair of earphones gets made for each phone sold. Potentially there's hundreds of millions of headsets produced and depending on where you buy them from and if you buy in enough volume, they can be sourced for next to nothing.
